I would drill and tap a 1/8 pipe thread hole in the turbo housing near the exit. Keep this line short and simple and dedicated only to the waistgate, if any thing happens to it you will over boost. There are a few raised bosses on the compressor housing for this. Don't hook the line to the top of the waistgate, it will not open, it goes to the bottom side of the diaphragm on the waistgate, this pushes the gate open when you are up to boost.

You must be getting close to getting her out for a rip, good luck with it, you going to like it.

Thanks again boyko ---cant wait...getting a turbo is kinda like giving a monkey a machine gun....

i am getting there but man its alotta work... i only have one fitting on my wastegate and its a push style so i tested it by putting 7lbs of air to it and then it opens the wg so i assume that when the turbo housing builds 7 lbs of pressure, the wg should open.....

the bov is more my concern..normally the intakes are under vacuum so their is a slight pull upwards on the bov..then you go to boost and the vacuum becomes pressure and holds the bov down until you let off and then the vacuum pulls up on the bov and the pressure in the charge tube pushes up on the bov and it opens at the set pressure designated by the spring inside..correct...

Yep you got it,

2-smokers do not make frick all for vacume, you need a light spring in the bov, some guys cut the spring to lighten it up, you should be able to push it open the valve with your little finger.

thanks boyko im on it....

OMG...holy @£@£¢¤¦²²¤....i got it mostly hooked up and ran it..got it up to 5 lbs and it scared all of my neighbors and my dogs ran for the house...i was climbing stuff before that terrified me going down but with boost...i might be outta my league..it is not even close to the same sled now. almost done in time for summer...its hard to believe the motor can handle that rediculous amount of added power and not grenade in a hour....maybe 5-6 lbs is enough...theres got to be a fine line somewhere and i havent even got the extra fuel or injectors yet..
