We will be doing the ThunderStruck 7 Movie Premier at the Egyptian Movie Theater downtown Boise September 20th. Doors will open at 6:00pm with a raffle starting at 7:00 and the movie at 7:30. Tickets will be sold at the door for $5.00 and kids under 10 are free so bring the whole family. The Egyptian Movie Theater will have a full concession with a no host bar.

We have a bunch of great prizes from many sponsors so come join the fun...

There will be an after party hosted by the Lush Lounge next door to the theater immediately following the movie. They will have drink specials, sled movies on the TVs and a DJ rocking the house.

Yea Scott! Great job organizing this event. I think this will be an epic party. Boise Thunderstruck Premier is always a dandy but this one should be even better. Megan is still a little hung over from last year!

We are all planning hotel stays downtown this year...since Megan is still on Boise City's cab ban.

Last I heard Trennis, Dave and Jim are coming... haven't confirmed that yet. Julio, Juli and I all live in Boise so we'll be there for sure. Chris Bohnenkamp is also in the movie and he is one of the major sponsors.

We have rooms setup for a discounted rate if anyone is interested. They are at the Owyhee Plaza Hotel downtown Boise under Thunderstruck Movies for 82.95.

Ya, well wait until those little darlin's start to date.... ;)

Like the new name, Kidd Kitten. Although, it sounds kinda like a "call" name. hehee

It's on the 20th because anything that has to do with a theater on the 27th is taken. The Idaho Film Festival is the same weekend and they have all the theaters in town the last weekend of September.

I looked into have it at a bar again but too many people didn't like bringing kids to a bar even if it was open to them sense it was before 10 pm. I would much rather have it the snow show weekend but this is the way it turns out. Last we we actually had a bigger crowd then when we did it the weekend of the show.

Makes sense Scott. I hope you have a FANTASTIC turn out! :)

Kitten, unfortunately Tom decided to have (or HAD to) his shin dig the same weekend of the Puyallup Snow Show. So..... unfortunately (or fortunately) I'll be in Puyallup that weekend. :) I'm sure the 509 party will be off the hook, have fun, ok? :D

And thong? Just say NOOOOOOOOO! ;)

Sorry you guys can't make it. I wish the film festival wasn't the same weekend as the snow show.

Starting to get more prizes the past couple days. This should be one of the best premiers for prizes.

Talked to the Egyptian yesterday and everything is coming together nicely. They have it listed on their web site and reader boards with movie posters in the display cases. They also said they'd have room for some sleds so check them out while you are there. We will have Chris Bohnenkamp's HP3 Apex Turbo on display. Jim is also bringing his full line of new clothing to sell before the show.

This should be a great time... only a week away.
