bought a pair of Klimate gloves. on day two of wearing, the seam at the thumb ripped wide open. (right hand) called them and explained to them my situation, they send them back and the warranty dept. will look at them. they will either repair and or replace if the fall within warranty. today i receive a new pair. this transaction took place within two weeks.
