throttle sticking 13 pro

mine was doing this in deep snow as well got a good graphite lube and sprayed the cable real good. all i could figure was snow was gettin in there and melting then freezing it up. Havent had a problem since i sprayed it
when i'm in the deep all day. i flip or snap the throttle now n then to keep the snow from building up behind it. if thats what your referring to.

Apparently there is a problem. My brother got bucked off coming down a hill and the throttle stuck. I haven't experienced it on mine yet.
2013 Pro...It's pretty hammered after it punched a tree. When we chased it down the throttle was still stuck.

That video makes me want to get a tether! How bad was his sled?

2 Buddies of mine had their sleds written off by another that the throttle got stuck wide open. It was on a doo which has the tether but the rider wasn't wearing it. Throttle got stuck on a lake wide open and my 2 buddies were parked guy lost control and the out of control sled hit the 2 parked ones. One guy jumped free but the other one got his arm broke by the runaway sled. Every sled was written off as the runaway was doing 70mph upon impact.
I feel all mountain sleds should come with a tether and be worn by the rider at all times. My last sled was an M8 which didn't have one but I am sure glad I have one now it could save someones life one day.
