Dismantle the factory plastic throttle block, pull out the throttle safety switch. Plug the TSS back into the wiring harness and tie wrap the switch at the end of it in the down position. Now reroute the TSS wiring under the hood and tie wrap out of the way somewhere. Done

For most it is to replace the crappy stock plastic throttle block with a billet unit.

Because the ecu needs to read a resistance across the switch. If it doesnt get the reading it needs it will go into limp mode. Limp mode is what youre seeing when the sled bogs just prior to engagement.
Plug it back in like mentioned before. Question, why did you unplug it in the first place???
There's an old saying, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".
Probably have to take it in to the dealer to get that code cleared before it'll run again.

Any chance there is snow and ice still in it or is it thawed out now?
Was it working fine when you unplugged it?

Well bud I'm really not sure what to tell ya. It ain't supposed to run unplugged, then again it's also supposed to keep the sled from ghost riding away when the throttle is stuck too and I've seen personally that it doesn't always prevent that from happening either.

X2 It should not have run unplugged. Not sure what you have going on there.
