Throttle safety switch

RMK 600 was cutting out yesterday seemed like safety switch so disconnected it and sled ran fine the rest of the day.
Was not able to find the switch on the Polaris parts list.
Anyone know the par number or is it part of the kill switch?

Adjust the cable!!!!!!!!!!
they stretch a lot. I have had to adjust my 14 pro 3 times in 600 miles. There is a "No Tools Required" adjuster under the rubber boot on the cable by the bars. Eric

X2 !!!!!

Same thing happened on my first trip out this year. Little adjustment and presto, fixed!!!

Trying to understand this...

You disconnected the Throttle safety switch and your sled still ran??

What are the colors on the wires you disconnected....Including any stripe colors on the wires?

Curious as well....Unless this was on a '12 or older, it should not have run properly.

We have a '13 600 that might need a new switch. After a day in 3-4 feet of fresh, the very next day it kept throwing the check engine light on and going to limp mode...

EDIT: Tried adjusting the cable about 6-7 times.

I guess I should have mentioned the first thing was checking the adjustment, and when that didn't do it I disconnected the switch. Anyway the reason the part is hard to look up seems to be included with the kill switch. Picked one up today and installed it didn't have time to test ride but when I pulled the old one out water came out of the throttle block. The part number for the two switches is
#4013380
