I installed an aftermarket lever to go on Cat bars on my zx,however it doesn't travel full stroke to the bar ? The pic shows FULL throttle,any ideas ?

No still at idle but flipper doesn't travel like it should,1/2 way is wide open,there are 3 holes to make adj.but don't seem to help !

I'ts because the New throttle has more pull than the stock one. I Did the same swap to my 670. It got me the pull I needed to open the 42's.
What you need to do is slack the cable off so that it's not tight. There will be slack between the flipper and the mount when at idle, but, this helps as the flipper now can be set to be WOT at the bar, AND your thumb does not have to extend to much to reach the throttle at low speed positions.

I wondered that,you would think they could engineer parts to work better than that !

The lever/mount is made Off Cat's throttle design/requirement's. Pretty hard to be 100% universal to all sleds, all makes.
