throttle flipper extender...who makes one for a sled?

A few years back you could by this small extender that made the flipper a little wider on top and bottom for catchign it with your palm etc. in a bad position. Was suppose to help fatigue and women liked the addition a lot. My wife is needing one, had one on a previous sled and thought it was great....who makes them and where do I buy one on the net? All help appreciated!
