If you happen to smack your bars hard and you block is moving on the 13/14's you may want to check this out.
The threads were pulling out of the bottom lock screw, felt like there was till something there with the allen wrench but not enough. Bought the new piece for 8 bucks or so. Did not come with the set screw fyi... after removing discovered that a 50 cent set screw from the local hardware store and a tap from the toolbox would have saved a little bit of time and money. 3/8" worked slick.
