So I'm looking at the webcams right now and the forecast for the week, and wondering if it's going to be the first rideable place this year? I know there's a lot of rocks and it would be risky but there's always some of us feeling froggy :beer;

Anyone driven through lately or know someone going through this week that can give a somewhat accurate snow depth? This picture is from a couple days ago...

Yeah it does look pretty thin, lots of snow forecasted for there this week though, I meant to include that in the post but was in a hurry to eat and just clicked the button.

I think if it snows hard there this week like its supposed to it's a small possibility for the weekend.

And thanks for pissing in my cheerios Allen! Did the wind tear through there pretty good?

Came through last night. A little white but thats it. Nothing more than like a inch anywhere from Valdez to Anch.

hi all new here but was told that yesterday morning there was 18 inches down low in summit and its supposed to start snowing for the next 5 days.

Mike, could you photoshop som esnow in those??? One of my sleds is reay to go but, I gotta stick pistons in my new one this weekend. maybe there will be some snow in summit two weeks from now.

there might possibly be 18 centimeters if you are a fisherman..but 18 millimeters would be the most accurate.
