Figured I better just call it what it was right.
We didn't get to far from the Knobletts lot when we were approached by three lady's fro Cali packed on one rental sled needing help to get the other two sleds unstuck. Of course being the awesome guys we are we helped and sent them on their way toward Mirror Lake Hwy and we turned and headed into Soapestone Basin. Didn't have to go far and found some awesome Pow Pow. The snow had settled some from the previous storm but it was deeeeep. Lorin got stuck about 4 times, Nate didn't get stuck at all and I got stuck once but almost got stuck a few more times but thanks to my awesome abilities, well you know. Did have one situation where I was leading and came up on a wind ridge that I could not see, very similar to the one that broke my hip last year, hit WOT and was able to drop the 6' and keep on riding. It was probably one of the best days I have ever had on a sled.
I will add that if it had not been for the WRP seat that I have I would have most likely ended my season when I hit the wind ridge, the seat held me in place like it is supposed to thanks WRP.
