Jackass will rush to nominate his replacement. That means the legacy of our Jackass in Chief is the guarantee of a hugely liberal slant on our lands highest court which will impact generations to come. Absolute catastrophe for our country that he has been able to send 3 to the Supreme Court. Let me see, we have Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagen and now who knows. Here's what's worse....the Democrats will soon gain an extension on their White House lease and will find themselves in position to nominate another 2 or 3 Justices over the next 4 to 8 years.

One last horrible thought........Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at age 82 may not last much longer either as she continues her fight against pancreatic cancer. This has the potential to leave 4 of his nominees on the court.

Wicked...just wicked. Not good at all folks....not good at all.

Let's see....in Obama's view the new judge should be either transgender or gay. Ultra liberal and a minority. Oh, and they probably should have a little legal experience.
 
Obama is probably rubbing his hands like a wicked witch. The guy hasn't been dead a day and obummer is already talking about his plans to nominate a successor. I can about imagine who that will be..

you forgot "All of the Above" and must be here illegally and have a strong proven record of anti-cop decisions bolstered by a long list of supporting published material.
 
The bright side is, maybe we can get on with the next revolution a little sooner... At some point all of this communism we are be sold is going to cause a REAL problem in this country.
 
This is scary stuff. Ginsberg has pancreatic cancer. She is liberal thinking enough. It isn't beyond the realm of possibilities Obama could get 2 appointments before the end of his term.
 
House and Senate majority... Conservative...

Obama's only chance of getting an appointment through is if he picks a conservative.... otherwise, they will never go through.

It is NOT good for our country to go a long time with a sparse SCOTUS.

For the life of me, I cant understand why that notion seems like a "romantic idea" to some.

Your way of life as you know it, will be over... no sled production, no national defense,... no more USA.

A nation divided cannot stand... the USA would not survive another civil war... and if you want to open the door for foreign occupation of US soil... start that civil war, and see what happens.

I'm tired of it!!!

Unless we can get the crazy extremists on both sides of the political front, in the USA, ousted and their PACS and "special funding" out of our country... we ARE doomed to repeat history... Plain an simple.

It seems kind of strange that one of the good guys dies less than a week after they stopped Obama's power grab on the clean energy thing. I hope they do a real thorough autopsy.

Will be interesting. 10 months is a long time to stall it. Will probably have to be someone moderate at least. I can't imagine Obama doesn't have someone ready based in Ginsberg's health. At this point most of the crap he did to us over the last 8 years can be fixed my a good conservative leader (if there is one in the middle of that clown car we have based on last night) unless he can restructure the Supreme Court.
 
The tree of liberty will need to be refreshed at some time. It is not the best option but common sense has left lots of our elected leaders. The new generation doesn't know the hardships of war our country faced in ww2. People seem to forget. Nothing is FREE.

If you are paying attention, we are already well down the road to repeating history. Our economy is unsustainable at this point. Regulation and taxation are reaching critical levels and the elite are positioning themselves to lord over you.


It will suck, no doubt. What we are doing right now isn't much better. Just my opinion. Do you like living under the governments fist? I sure do not. My voting like a good citizen for the last 30 years has netted me nothing positive. The corruption and oppression continues and expands everyday. Obama just stole another 1.8 million acres of public land in California.


At some point it needs to be stopped. If you think it can be done peacefully you are being naïve. That has NEVER happened in the entire history of the world.
 
I suppose you would prefer to just keep kicking the can down the road like we have been? Pass the problems to our children and grandchildren?


That seems to be an awfully cowardly position to me...
