It seems pretty well known that Polaris cleaned up the mapping and run quality when they went to the Rush 2 injector motor. My question is has anyone tried running a Rush 2 injector ECU on a CFI 4 motor? The ECU boxes are visually similiar as far as plug/play go but I'm wondering if the pin configurations are different and if so - how different???
Thinking is if you ran a CFI 2 ECU on a CFI 4 sled and pins aligned you would only be turning on the upper injectors (lowers would never see a signal and could just stay plugged in but not be functional).
Always trying to find ways to make my CFI 4 engine run better/smoother...
Anyone out there played w/ this or have intimate knowledge of the ECU's???
