Thinking about a 2003 Summit 550 for Wife?

Just found someone that has a 2003 Summit 550 with low miles. Any major issues with this sled? I was thinking about this for my wife. She wants electric start and reverse and this has both. She spends most of the time on the trail other than to venture out in the meadows once in a while.

you don't mention your budget !!

I would buy a 2008 summit 600 if I could afford it.

My wife started with a fan cooled sled, moved to a 2008 600 renegade with a 1.75" track and now has a 600 e-tec summit.

She has had more fun on the summit in one year than all the rest put together.

My wife went from a 600 zx to a 800 rev. She's 10 times the rider she was, and it’s not because of the bigger motor. I had to persuade her to let me take out the sway bar and raise the handlebars, but now she rides standing up and carves the crap outa the old rev. Go with a rider forward chassis.
