Finallygot tired of the continually worsening bog on my sled, and tore the sled down and put it back to stock after checking everything that I could think of. This is what I had checked:
1. Exhaust valves (clean and holes clear)
2. TSS (bypassed with resistor)
3. Coils resistance
4. Wiring
5. TPS (replaced 50 mile ago and still checked out)
6. Reeds ( no chipping or cracking)
7. Had fuel controller swapped out (no difference)
8. Fuel pressure steady @ 59#
9. Fuel filter seems clear
10. Compression (120# on my gauge)
11. Clutching (all good)
12. BOV (not sticking open)
When I went back to stock the bog was still present. Went and filled tank with 87 octane as I thought that would be a better blend and bog cleared right up and sled runs strong. Is it possible that my whole problem was bad AV gas the whole time. If that is it I will be totally pissed. I have been chasing this for 2 years and never thought to change the AV gas out as I thought , hey its AV gas gotta be good.
