I recieved a skinz snowmobile cover about two weeks ago from Bob's Cycle Supply. When I went to put it on last night for the first time, I noticed that there was a tear in the seam, looked like the stitching might have missed the seam. Went inside and sent Fullmonte a PM (well after regular working hours) telling him about what happened and what he could do for me. Told him I am leaving for Tog next week and that was my only cover. He PM'd me back by 12:30 this afternoon and said he had another one on the way and should be here by Mon. or I could borrow his. No questions asked! That's customer service. Just thought i would spread the word he stands behind what he sells and will go out of his way to make customers happy.
