Theft at Blewitt

My buddy was riding out of Blewitt pass this weekend and had his truck broken in too, the lock was picked and the thieves got away with his wallet, cell phone, riding gear and other small things. When he checked his credit card statement it showed that the person who stole everything went to Leavenworth and spent around $300.

Everybody riding in that area make sure to be careful with your things and keep an eye out for one another.

Take what you can't lose with you....wallets, phones. I got taken a few years back at GC and haven't lost anything since, I don't leave it in the truck!!

THIEVES SUCK.....PERIOD !! You can bet they monitor the forums and know when and when not to show up at snow parks! It's been mentioned time and time again,if you leave your stuff in the truck,your asking for trouble. I do (NOT) feel sorry for the thief that IS caught! What happens in the wilderness...STAYS in the wilderness!!

Bummer

I had my truck broken into about 4 years ago...they even took the owners manual for my truck!!! I don't leave anything in my vehicle now. The Jeep I just plain leave unlocked.
