(CNN)—With just over a day before polls start to close, Vice President Dick Cheney's hometown newspaper named their presidential pick — Democratic Sen. Barack Obama.

Doesn't surprise me at all. That newpaper was basically responsible for electing the dipthong Wyoming has for a governor right now, and then getting him re-elected.

That newspaper is so heavily biased towards the enviro-nazi groups despite the fact that the HUGE majority of the people in the state of Wyoming are pro-coal and pro oil and gas it's not even funny.

I can't wait, Obama gets elected and the Star Tribune (aka 'The Red Star' as all the locals call it) gets a blank check to write even more horse **** about how terrible drilling in Pinedale is completley unabated ....

There is a reason that most of the people in this state that I interact with on a regular basis don't read that paper for anything worthwile.

I canceled my subscription to the Red Star ( good name ) at 8:15 this morning. At 11:00 + - The editor called and wanted to make nice nice. He said he just wanted to provoke some thought. I told him , well you thought WRONG plus a whole lot other things that came to mind. I told him he is way out of phase with the people of Wyoming And I wouldn't have that drivel in my morning paper. He said well I investigated him and I told him you didn't do good enough, Just Google Chicago Crook and it comes up with about 10,000,000 hits on Obama. And that's all I have to say about that.

Are there any good newspapers in Wyoming? The Laramie paper is a joke...I haven't subscribed to any WY papers in 5 or 6 years.

I tend to like the Billings Gazette (the Wyoming edition), they seem to be fair towards us in Wyoming.

What I think is even more amazing about this is what a great example of biased media coverage Obama is getting.

Let's look at where I found that link at: On the front page of CNN's web page.

What in the _HELL_ does it matter that some horse **** podunk *** newspaper in Casper, Wyoming is endorsing Obama? The guy even says it's a done deal that McCain will win Wyoming, but they just had to make their own personal political statement.

It's simple ... CNN will dig up any stupid littlet tidbit they can find to try and discredit Cheney....

So now we have "The completley inneffectual newspaper in the town Cheney grew up in won't endorse a Republican Canidate"....

Yeah, the trib is completley disascociated with the rest of the state, that's for sure.

At the time I talked with the Star Tribune editor, I questioned him at length about his stupid purposes and I didn't even think about it being a shot on Dick Cheney. Now that I know that it was I am REALLY ANGRY at that little pup. He said well I graduated from the University of Wyoming. I said that is nice but you did not learn much about Wyoming while you were there.
