From what I read this article was just published today. I did a search on it and have found links to it in multiple publications but, most of them were from other countries. National Geographic even had a story on it however, it was a little more tilted toward the "green" side.
Another plus, I read an article about a study conducted on Glaciers in Alaska this summer and they found a 20 ft. increase in glacier depth due to the cool and short summer months this year.

My guess is we are going to see a lot more of this type of information surfacing now that the messages we were hearing have served their purpose...
