releasing today at noon...pretty much a XRS800 with more reinforcements, 128-15-1.5 ice attack track...black, yellow, red..lets guess the $$..15 grand?:face-icon-small-hap

There are pics and Info all over Doo-Talk as well, pretty much just a XRS with a 128' track, not that big of a deal, It would be nice If BRP would come out with a E-Tec 2 with more HP's!!:face-icon-small-coo

They are $500 more than a comparable XRS. 600 or 800, the 800 is $1200 more than the 600.
Wish I would have known last spring, would be nice to have the 128 under my new XRS instead of the 120.

That many!? Really. I have my dealer trying to get me one also, I need to find out quick, so I can sell my new XRS before I ride it.
Had no idea they would build that many.

Do you have that much trail riding that you need a XRS around? Seems like in Idaho you would have a 137" Freeride....

Lol. I did have a 137 Freeride. Then a 146. Now a 154.
There are hundreds of miles of trails all around me here, and I can get out of my house to take rips at night on the river.
I would just as soon spend a day ripping bumps as riding mountain/powder. Comes from being raised in Ak. :)

I agree with Devilmanak

Shreddin POW it rippin up trails and and curves at 70mph is just as fun.

A crappy day behind the bars is always better than a great day at work!

Yah, dealer rep here is full of BS. He told my dealer that they are only making 100 of them, that only 2 of them were allocated for the NW, and they went to AK. I called BS right away, I knew that there were more than a few in AK and that they had been up there and prepped for a while for the race.

Guys here don't get it, but it is true. At least for me. Holding it to the bar on the Yentna for miles on end is a rush.

Oh, and the rep said I had an hour to decide if I wanted one or I couldn't get one.

Its true.
The local skidoo dealer here is only getting one.

Not counting the local iron dog teams that already have thiers.
The ID edition is a copy of what team 8 ran last year plus graphics.

Oh, maybe he meant only 2 are going for regular sales? Only 100 being made though? Don't 500 have to be made for a production run to be legal for racing, or does ID not have that rule? Even if, it makes the sleds worthless for racing down here if not a production run sled.

Heh, I didn't realize Tyson was Team 8. Worked with him at CC when he was a young pup, been out to his parents place with him before. We were on the same 440 sleds, he straight smoked me on the way out, lol.
