Did you know that 96% of Iraqi children under the age of 5 have received the first 2 series of polio vaccinations?

No I didn't. However did you know that:
According to the 2004 National Immunization Survey conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 92 percent of children aged 19 to 35 months living in the United States were vaccinated against polio.

And your point is? swampy:(

If you have to ask you wouldn't understand the explanation.

Sorry swampy, didn't mean to confuse you.

Did you know that all of these wonderful things have cost the US taxpayer (as of 12-28) $481,019,920,941.

There is a lot of chit broken in this old world. I find it unfortunate that we allow a corrupt few to dictate what gets fixed and at the taxpayers expense.

First off you can not win against corruption. We had a real bad problem with that in afghanistan and ran into the same problems that wildcat is talking about. We're even running into it here in Kosovo. You can't stop it... corruption is a disease that has no cure without terminating the host.
