The "How Many Sleds Fit" Thread

So i can't help but notice that there is a ton of threads about how many sleds fit in a certain size trailer. So How about we make one big helpful thread on the topic and we'll sticky it to stay up top.

Please post the following information:

- Trailer Brand.
- Trailer Box Size (length and width).
- V-nose length.
- Loaded from front or rear.
- Number of sleds and track length.
- An interior loaded picture if you can to show real world sled loading.

I'm thinking this will help out many people trailer shopping down the line.

Thanks.

This topic just goes with the "which snow tire is best", "what oil (sled & truck) is best" and "which can is the best" threads that come about each season. Did I miss any of the every season "same old" thread topics???? LOL

Maiden Voyage

H & H 24'plus 5' 7foot wide
Loaded from both sides
1-163 pro rmk
3-155 pro RMKs
1-151 2005 RMK.
Room to swap the 151 for another 155
Plus plenty of room for gas Cans, Gear bags and all the other essentials.. First trip haven't had time to build shelves or cabinets. Still very unorganized. Trailer is one of the first 7 foot wide all aluminum they have built this long and is built very well.

28' Mirage
6 sleds -4 162" 2 153"
2 162's in forward 1 153" in backwards then do that same thing again
Pretty sure you could do it with 6 162's if you wanted. Tight but very doable

I would love to see a pic of that if u get a chance. How big is your v?

ATC 22' + 6' vnose

I'm comfortably carrying 4 - short track ski doo's, all driven in from the front and stagger. Trailer is 7' wide.

Amera, 7 1/2 ft wide, 27 ft (total length), will fit 4 163's all driven in from the front.

Trails west 28'GN

Will fit 6.5 sleds quite easily

We had
5-155's and 1- 163 but I am pretty confident you could get 6 -163's if that's what everyone in your group had.
And a kitty cat up in the GN ;)

I am in the market for an enclosed trailer and 80% of the time there will be 4 sleds but ever once in a while would like to squeeze a 5th one in. What's the go to size? 7'x29' big enough for that?

I just bought a Legend 7x27 which is 22' plus the "v". The guy I bought it from said they were able to fit 5 155's in it without taking a ski off, but it was super tight.

I've got a cargo mate 7x29 and can get 5 in there but its super tight. I back my 174 all the way into the nose and back a 163 right beside it as far as it will go then drive a 162 in front of the 174 pull the *** to the side and drive another 162 as far forward as it can beside the other 162 and finally back a 153 in between the 2 162's. The first 3 sleds skis have to be bent and tucked under the other sleds but they will fit

The trailer I have is listed as a 24' Continental Cargo. Inside dimensions are 8'x20' box with a 5' v-nose (you would think it would be called a 25') I can haul 5-total sleds, 2-155" loaded in the front facing back,2-163" loaded back to front and 1-163" loaded backwards from the back. Added some old blankets in certain areas to keep from damaging sleds, tight squeeze but it works.

Any help is appreciated with this, would 2 155's fit in the circled trailer? I found a good deal on this trailer but I need 2 sleds to fit.

I cant imagine they would make an 18' that would just haul one.

We hauled 3 in an 18' V nose inline Triton. A 162 and I believe a 155 and 154.

I bought a 14' inline with an additional 3' V and wondering if 2 162 sleds will fit if one is put in backwards. Not a sled specific trailer but might give it a try.
