There must be a storm brewing in southern Colorado. Rumor has it that Wild Bill is back in town and colorado logger might come out of hiding for a spring ride! Forecast is for a couple feet of new snow by Sunday. Throw arcticman31 and myself on the hill with the earlier mentioned local legends, and it wil be just like the good ol days before people 'went back to the truck while others got stuck all day'! Still a few questions lingering..... will logger crawl out from under his jeep for a day? If logger goes, will he ride the turbo or wifes sled? Will the snow be 'good' enough for arcticman to want to go? Will Bill stick around all weekend? Will I be allowed to participate if I leave my jack at home? Will it actually snow, or literally blow on through like most other storms recently?
Lots of excitement on the horizon in anticipation of the next couple of days. If the stars line up and the perfect storm occurs, great times will be had down south this weekend. Anyone else care to join in?

As far as Colorado Logger goes, this one time hardcore sledder that USED to pound the snow till it was gone, has become somewhat of a Mythical creature who rides from mid December till the middle of February. Some have reported that he prefers long walks in his flip flops along the banks of Medano creek at the sand dunes as opposed to deep powder and boost.... However with alumni such as wild bill in the mix he could possibly be coaxed out from under his jeep for a spring ride......As far as myself ( Famed arcticman31 ) the snow may possibly be up to my lowest of standards for a fun spring ride. Will the storm come together and put down decent enough snow for this epic reunion of the snow faithful including such celebrities as Pro-turbo tree riding extrordinare Matt Entz????..........Time will tell.......Stay tuned for updates concerning the possible EPIC ride with the crew from the good ol days...........
