my origanal quick release velcrow things came off my helmet what do u guys use to put it back on thanks

3M 2 sided tape works well. But the best we've found is to start with new tabs.....Clean the helmet with alchohal, before appling.

I think you can buy the same 3m adhesive backed Velcro at Home Depot. Just cut a circle out of the 2" stuff and use that.

When I attach the Velcro, I make sure the helmet is free of oils, I use methyl hydrate, and warm up the surface well, just before sticking.

thats what i did when i bought the gogles it lasted less than a year will the tape last longer

Some brand new tabs are doomed from the start. We have found if the clear plastic film that protects the sticky part has delaminated away. Dont Buy That One

I used Loctite Stik'n Seal Ultra (universal adhesive) to fix my helmet plastic last weekend. Worked great in freezing temps as it is semi flexible and does not get brittle. Found it at Home Depot.

Walmart has self adhesive velcro in packages 2" wide by 3' long for $5.00. Also if you heat the velcro with a hair dryer until it is hot it will stick a lot better. I have even re-used velcro that has fallen off by heating it.

I've had problems with the Quick Strap tabs, so I used gorilla glue. NEVER a problem again.
