The $1 million Yammerhammer bailout?

How do I get this on the house floor? I can start with a few concessions to sweeten it up.

1) I don't want to pay it back. (like wall street)
2) I don't want to give up my liberal unions (like the auto makers, but hey, they're under contract)
3) I want to take a $1/4million vacation to celebrate the bailout.
4) I want another $1/4 million bonus for running my business into the ground.
5) I need another $1/2 million to buy a Illinois senate seat.

There is an inherent flaw in your bail out request. 1 Million is not nearly enough to get anywhere near the floor for a vote. You need to push for at least a BILLION. 1 Million wouldn't even get you noticed.

...not to mention, I hear the senate seat would cost you closer to your entire 1 Million.
