After reading several of the posts about Klim warranty claims I was a little hesitant about sending my Klimate gloves in. To be honest, they have treated me well, best pair of gloves I've ever owned and have been great. But the seam along the pinky finger on the right glove tore loose. The gloves were for sure 'worn', but I called and got an RMA anyway... not expecting much.

Well today a brand new pair of Klimates arrived in the mail. Dang generous on Klim's part in my opinion, I'm pretty tickled with it.

Hmmm, guess they pick and choose who they warranty and who they don't. Interesting to see a pic of your damaged gloves.

They didn't send them back.

On the right hand the seem pulled apart on both sides of the pinky starting at the palm and extending up about 1".

I've said it before and Ill keep saying it, companies don't get better than Klim.

There's an old saying you have to remember when you read negative stuff about companies on the internet. "You can please some of the people all the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all the people all the time."

Any company that's tries to please all the people all the time will end up bankrupt.
