I had a belt eating XP, I could not get more than 20 miles without a thread showing or a major belt explosion. I tried to adjust and move motor without luck.

Order up a kit from SLP, in it was jackshaft and bearing, team clutch, helix, spring, primary spring, ramps, pins and weights as well as shims.

I installed all parts as directed, "pig eyed" the alignment and loaded for Revy.

Rode the snot out of it in Revy and only adjusted clickers as needed. Whole new sled. Runs like a champ. Should note, I installed kit, put on new 377 belts and rode it like I stole it for the next 5 days.

Talk to Duck899 about a floating secondary kit. It will allow the secondary to self adjust for alignment as the clutches cycle through, lowers belt temps and the belt lasts longer.

Welcome to the correct setup for skidoo's, if you even more thrill add Teams Heavy Hitter Arm & Roller for even better clutch performance.

I've said this before, There a reason why skidoo's own race team runs a Team Roller Secondary.

Yes, you can order the progressive helix with or without a reverse notch in the helix.
