Tether install - 2010 Assault

Hey, I am installing an aftermarket tether on my 2010 Assault (plain old SPI). Some other threads say it's obvious which connectors to splice together but I don't want to mess it up. There are 2 open connectors on my wirring harness. One has 3 wires going into a large white "T" shaped plug. Two of the wires are on the same spade in the plug. The other open connector has to wires one male and one female (round spades). I'm thinking the proper connector is the second one, just hoping someone can confirm.

Thanks for your help.

I installed on a standard RMK 2010 some weeks ago.

I used a tether that is plug and play with Polaris (Gunnar killer) and I just plugged in like this. A black connector you find if you look under the tank cover.

On my 2010 Assault I pulled the ignition and plugged the teather in there. No hole to drill, then removed it, reinstalled the ignition, and installed the teaher in my 2014 Assault
