Tether For Yamaha

Contact MTN_Viper, as it looks like that is a similar tether setup that he used on his roll-over kits.

He should be able to help you, or at least point you in the appropriate direction.

Go to any marine supplier and purchase Seadog part #420487-1 switch and 420489-1 lanyard. Total should be about $20.00. :)ImageUploadedByTapatalk1354291927.681241.jpg

No, not the Proarmor one, it is similar to the one Autopro posted up. Turns out the Boost-It boys stock the one I'm looking for. Thx NM..

I have used one for 4 years with out breaking but I always carry a spare tether just in case.

On the same style that Four Stroke Solutions use and the OEM style that Yamaha sells as an accessory. I had 1 of the guys in our group break a clip but was not a problem since I had a spare clip. :)

I sold my stock of original tether switches, when I converted the roll-over valve kits over to OEM Cat switches.
I did keep a few switches for warranty purposes. Also I found a large bag of extra lanyards/clips while cleaning the shop the other day.
It's amazing :jaw:what you can find when you do a little house (shop) cleaning!LOL
Anyway I have a bunch of lanyards if someone needs one.
