Testing the TCV valve

Is there a way to test the functionality of the TCV valve on the MCX kits. I have a Nytro with the 270 kit and it is only making about 15-16 lbs boost. It does not seem to increase at all with elevation. Would like to be able test valve while in the garage.

15 to 16lbs at what elev and how much of a change in elev.

We unload at about 1600' and ride as high as 7000'. Seems to always produce around 15 - 16 lbs. I have tried zeroing the boost gauge and this is what I get.

Yes I got springs being made....wont be ready for a couple weeks. Cost a bit but had no choice....
