Hard to say.
I do know that we, as Americans, should be keeping a watchful eye on all of our reservoirs. A terrorist taking one or more of those out would be devastating. Check this quote - "Many of the students hold prominent government positions dealing with schooling, water, infrastructure and other vital programs Hmmmm. I wonder what it would take to destroy the Hoover Dam? No water to California and other states? Just imagine the ramifications of that...I say absolutely do not hesitate in reporting any kind of weird behavior.
Send them all back.
If they violate any of the term or conditions that they are here for, send them back and bar them from ever stepping foot on American soil again.
Before the come over to the US "for the benefit of Afghanistan", they should be submitted to background checks. What are we trying to do here, teach them how to hurt us?
