Techniques in Schooled video are over 40 years old. LOL.

Cool video, thanks for posting. So why the slam on "Schooled"? Did you hear anyone on the video claim ownership of any techniques? I remember them showing how to use different techniques to help make us better riders.

I don't think he was slamming "Schooled".
We all know they did not pioneer the techniques, they have just perfected them.

It would be neat to see Bret and Chris boon-docking on some old iron:rockon:

Both sets of grandparents had those old sleds! The stories they told of their "boondocking".

My Dad's first sled was one of those old white tanks. Oh my...us kids rode the heck out of that thing. :face-icon-small-sho

What do you consider "old iron"? :p

It wasn't meant to be a slam on "Schooled". It's a great video. I have a copy and have watched it numerous times. It was a joke, hence the LOL.

Well let's see, my first sled was a 69 Panther then I got a 73 panther, in high school I had a 77 Pantera.

So i would have to say pre-70's is old iron:D

Thats a cool old movie, my five year old son asked me why are those guys not wearing helmets dad. It caught me off guard I wasnt sure how to answer him at first, i'm so used to everyone these days wearing a helmet.

I wonder how many 1/5ths of schnopps were consumed in the making of this video??? Turns out them fiberglass trail~a~sleds didn't turn any better 40 years ago either?!!

One other thing I'd like to know... how loaded do you have to be to decide to race everyone when you have a articulating bohlins??
