Team tied secondary?

My stocker was well setup but bushings worn out so I got the Tied on my 07 Rev 800. I've had one out a few times now and it is looking good. Did some climbing and boondocking in 36" of fresh but heavy snow. Rpm's were good, up-shift and back-shift were at least as good as my stocker. Not sure about track speed yet but it felt great.

So far I'm impressed but I'll know more after Revy this weekend.

Got back from Revy....Friday was 3' of tight tree riding in very light snow. Saturday was clear and lots of long pulls and real mountain riding. It seems like the upshift is good...comparable to my stocker. I would say it has a little less back-shift than I like which manifested itself mostly in the tight trees where I was on and off the throttle all the time. I feel like I want to go up a few pounds in my secondary spring.

The Primary clutch was medium hot in the trees while the Team was cool to the touch. However, on the second day where I was heavy on the throttle for 10-15 minutes of non-stop WOT both clutches got really hot. The good news is that I didn't see any marks or have any obvious signs of belt wear. I don't think I gained any track speed but it is hard to tell since I don't normally ride at 7000ft. I was turning 39-40mph at WOT just before getting stuck on a climb with a 163" track.

The pix suck because I was trying my video camera as a helmet cam. Didn't work too well.
