Team clutches now Venom?

Just saw in the WPS catalogue the Team clutching parts are no longer called Team. They are now Venom. Anyone know what happened? Get bought out? Started a new company?

Looks like Venom LLC bought Team. Team will continue to build the clutches, but now Venom owns them.

Venom bought the aftermarket rights. Team no longer wanted to have an aftermarket retail division.
