I was thinking of ordering some parts from team 2, but I wanted to get some feedback before I decided. What is your experience with them. Thanks.

Just got a gear from them with no issues. Quick and easy and even got a confirmation email that it had been shipped.

ordered 2 orders in the last 3 weeks with no prob. last week at 5 pm i ordered klim jacket and helmet and the next day at noon it was on my door step. did take a while to catch them on the phone though, good prices

Don't get me wrong, we have had a few issues in the past however we have resolved them. We do have one or two guys waiting on items however they have not sent me their name so I can check on the status of the order yet so...

No issues. I just ordered a Skinz Floatplate from them and they even shipped it to my riding buddy's house in Colorado.

I just called them on the phone and they took care of me right away. I was not aware of any problems the the past but they did good by me on my order.

First time ordering from them. I ordered a Skinz tunnel bag from them in the middle of October, they had the best price I could find. They called a couple days after I made the order to tell me Skinz is very far behind and it might be three weeks until the bag arrives. I thought no problem, I won't be on the snow until the 1st of Jan anyway. Well, its mid December and still no bag. But, this whole time I have a had excellent communication with Brandon and he just can't find one. It is out of their hands, not much that can be done. I feel that a sign of a stand up business is how well they communicate with customers. I know everything will work out in the end.
