Tcl stage 3 help please!

So it appears I'm still having troubles after I had my tcl installed. It's better than it was but its not fixed I got approx 130 miles on a belt before she let go, if I can't find help I will need to take it to someone who can go over it.

What belt are you running? Have you had it back in the shop and alignment checked again? Do you let the sled cool at all? Are the belts being pulled apart like they're to short?
