TBAT sesor on '07 D7 boondocker race turbo

Have a code flash of four which is the TBAT sensor. Anyone out there have a boondocker setup like this, the sensor has a blue wire that looks to be spliced out and it runs back into the harness. on the sensor side the blue wire has a female spade conector that leads to nothing. cant find any other wires around that i would connect to.... Sled would not idle very good or run really at all. Seemed like it went into a safe mode or something.

Here is the install instructions. You are tricking the sled into thinking that the sleds is at a certain temp by installing a resistor in line on the wire that was cut coming from the temp sensor and then the BD fuel controller takes care of fuel adjustments due to temperature changes.

thats what i figured with the resistor wire going back into the harness but whats up with the female spade connector comming out of the plug? what does it conect to? wondering if thats my issue or i just need a new sensor?.....

on the bd harness side there is a pink wire that connects into that spade connector

Pulling the intercooler and console tonight to get a better look. Thanks JKinzer, hopefully i will find the wire tonight.
