Trying to login using tapatalk iPhone app. *Error message says the user group you belong to does not have permission to login. Please contact your system administrator. *Can you please help?

Ive been trying to renew, but just comes error, i ve tried different cards plans etc. WTF im getting very irritated!!!

Every so often I have to uninstall and reinstall Tapatalk.
It will keep track that you have purchased the app.
When I start getting nothing but errors I reinstall it and it works like a champ again.
