Couldn't resist a ride on my birthday so I loaded up the 900 and went up with a couple buddies for my earliest ride ever! Turns out the snow was actually pretty good, though it was still thin. Hoping for more soon and that this is a positive sign of the season to come! Wound up logging 8.3 miles in... not a lot of terrain or off road area to explore yet, so I was actually surprised it was that long, haha. The 900 is still going strong at 5,986 miles!!!!!

Tuesday it was snowing and about 8in at cloverflats.
It has been warm recently, i would speculate that there is less snow now, not more.

It was pretty icy last weekend, friend chained up.
It can be nasty towing a big trailer up there

Friend went up today, unloaded at whites ridge. He said the snow was melting on the way down to the truck. Suggested unloading at treephones.

Unloaded at Treephones today for a ride. If you're going to be pulling a heavy enclosed trailer up I would recommend chains, there's some slushy spots and lots of compact snow/ice on the 2 hills below treephones. Not enough to unload at White's Ridge... not even close. I would recommend an open deck trailer or sled deck. It's good from Treephones up though!:face-icon-small-hap
