Update Found one

So I ended up going with two Jackets.

I sent the 2XL Motorfist Trophy back with the really short sleeves that bound up on me when moving my arms anywhere but down at my sides.... I'm currently waiting for a XL Klim Tomahawk as a replacement.

I also Bought This, which may end up being my new skiing jacket since it has a hood and fits way better than my currently few years old skiing jacket.

Ski Doo Helium 30 in XL - Tall its one below their top of the line mountain jacket ( helium 50 ). Hey what do you know it FITS! yes the body could be longer as poster above mentioned but its not bad. ( edit: actually I think the body is pretty long probably not long enough to sit on the tail fully but it goes down pretty far )

I am 6'6" 230 Lbs, 37" Inseam, 36 jeans waist, 80" wingspan, 44" chest..etc...

This is the Ski Doo Helium 30 XL-Tall with Freestyle Tek Vest under ( Still plenty of room )

No Binding no yanking the wrist gators when i move my arms in any direction...no feeling like the armpit seam is being stressed as my arms move.

Arm at side:

Arm Straight out:

Arm straight out bent 90:

35.5" center to cuff ( which I think is what their size chart says )

~23-24" from body to cuff. ( Motorfist trophy was 17-18" )

6'5". 82" wingspan?. I wear an arcterix xl that is plenty long. You just have to try stuff on. Different products from the same company can vary widely. Good luck!

Same size as most on here with fit problems. Also I run really hot and not one sled gear maker has a true mountain/boonedock/backcountry jacket. I am now using a Helly Hansen Odin Guide jacket in XL and a Mountain Hardwear XL jacket made with Dry Q Elite(forget the model). Both of these jackets fit my ape like arms much better, are super light and really BREATHABLE. All the sled coats are too heavy, have liners, most have insulation and just don't breath well. They are basically trail coats. One thing I do notice is getting caught in someones roost stings a lot more wearing a backcountry/ski jacket than a snomo jacket so I try and leave people a lot of room.:face-icon-small-win So my advice is go outside of the sled industry for the taller thin or taller fit guys.

BlownMotor,

I appreciate the full display of pictures, but can you try that again with a backpack on the rider? When the shoulder straps and waist are cinched up, it takes up a lot of the added "bulk" that a coat may have in the body and limits sleeve length only to the sleeves. I don't think 18" are going to cut it.

I think Ski-Doo makes some nice clothing from what I have seen over the years.

Could do this when we get back from the shows, for now we do not have much sitting here in the shop. But to touch on your point, wearing a backpack should not take up any slack in the arm area, the cinch point is only around the waist, and the center strap only holds the chest strap together. On the other hand, we could see where a avi-vest would be an issue for sure!

I got my XL Klim Tomahawk exchange today, its a keeper. Thanks to the guys at RockyMountainSnowmobile for helping me out they were great. Also thanks to blown motor who helped me out as well even though I didn't buy from them. ( I since have though )

I tried it on today with and without my tekvest its great either way left the shoulder pads in the coat too. The sleeve length is great they don't bind and ride up my arms when I move my arms around. The body could be longer though! the motorfist had it beat there with the tail coming down the back.

Some pics

Bring on the snow.
