solid purple wire coming out of of ecu plug. Or solid purple can be found in harness going up to headlights too.
you will have to go to one of the yellow wires coming out of your ccu. 2008s are dc..

Nope....for the TACH signal it is as Russ said,its a solid purple wire.Pin #13 on the smaller plug off your ecu.
