Tachometer For Nytro - Nothing Exists???

The stock Tach sucks and I know a Venture will plug and play but who seriously has $800 for a tach! I looked into aftermarket tachs but none work off low voltage coil over systems.

Does anyone know how to get a large aftermarket tach working on a system like this? THe only thing I have found is a system where you splice into your low voltage wires and wire in a module that connects to the Tach. Not interested in cutting my harness...

Any ideas??

I run the mcx data logger box it has a tach and many more paramaters that it reads. lambda, rpm ,boost, tps, and more that i'm forgetting.

I have not seen any tach on a nytro myself other then the stocker.

I read over on TY I think it was a while back that guys were retrofitting Vector guage pods onto the Nytro. Maybe try a search over there, a guy could likely pick up one of those for a $100.00 or so.

I believe the part number for the Vector EFI gauge is 8HF-83500-00-00. This is for a gauge that reads the speed in MPH.
For me it is WAY easier to dial in the clutching. I don't wear a watch when riding, so I found the clock to be kind of a handy feature also!
