T975 pics for my 900 buddies

Well I finally Got it out on the snow for the 2nd season. Got some bugs to work on. This thing has unreal power at 10# boost. I ride with a turbo apex, turbo nitro, supercharged nitro, 2 tM-7's and tD-7. It kills the 7's and run with the apex at 13-15# boost. However the nitros are built for 26-32# boost.
975, 66 aero, slp pipe, vents, 19-41, modified rkt head, avid drivers, 166, timber sled skid, holz a-arms, floats, one piece 4130 fixed post. 6'' riser with aero tapers. egt,af, boost, boss seat, widened boards and custom tunnel extention, custom double pass cooler, powder pros.
I hope I did'nt sound like I was tooting my horn, but there were a few guys waiting to see some pics.

I would put some heat tape around your chaincase cover .... cheap insurance ....

Looks nice, is that a setup you did on your own or is that the attitude kit?

This is a '05, and I do need a '09 nose on it. I put a new black tub in it 3 years ago and choked on the price and cried on the durability! New nose when this is shot. Did all the turbo work myself. Derek did the controller, and BIG THANKS for that. If it wasn't for his interest in the 9's alot of us would be screwed. Derek did give me some clutch specs but they didn't work for me.
As for the heat tape on the chain case cover good idea, but if it didn't melt last year it ain't going to. Last year was the 1st season with boost and I had some issues, bum advice and some bad luck. Very close on the clutching and accuator adjustment. This season (with some more snow) looks like I will have my hands full hanging on. Oh yea the tunnel is stock. Had VE build my boards to my spec and I reformed the edge cooler and built the tunnel extention. Thanks for the positive comments, I love this 900 forum. Its because the rest of the sled world just don't understand us folks!

So...with that being said

how much did VE charge you for the boards...and how much you gonna charge me to make some edge coolers like yours and the tunnel extension..I WANT IT NOW, lol..seriously..

if the chaincase cover does go out on you (melt) or warp..get ahold of Polzinhunter on here, his billet chaincase covers are EXCELLENT...look in my sig for my build, it has pics of it in there..

what made you go with the Aerocharger instead of the Garrett...im still learning the whole thing myslef..

how is the noise when your running..i see you made a SWEET little can on there..

and back to the boards and tunnel...i want it..
