I want to disconect my tors can i just tie the 2 wires together or do i have to do something else to get it to not show code 81. Thanks for the help

Yup just tie them together.. Did a buddies nytro last trip out in the back 40, kept throwing the code.. If i remember correct their black/red wires,, right beside the kill stop brown/white

Do you have a tether? That could get ugly fast without one if you bypass the TORS.

Code 81 is not TORS, code 84. 81 is grip warmer. just sayin....

Your cable could be tight where it wraps around the bars and goes through the cowling or, ice built up between the flapper and bar can make the TORS act up.....Sherm
