T-motion on a Pro

First off ,A couple tweaks to my suspension and wow, what an improvement. It's amazing what a slight suspension adjustment does for the handling of these pro's.
I was creeping on the doo section and everybody seems to be stoked on the t-motion. Is anybody building a t- motion kit for the pro? Is this the future of mountain suspensions.
What would that turn these in to? I'd love to try a new doo or maybe a poo with an aftermarket t-motion.

Keep your eye peeled in the aftermarket...you may see something this season.:face-icon-small-win

I don't know about an aftermarket t-motion any time soon. Seems like BRP would have some pretty solid patents on the whole idea. do you really think the pro needs it. I don't. But then again I've not tried a new summit yet

You'd think it would kinda wash out when side hilling, or dive when cornering on the trail, no?

I am looking forward to seeing vids of the new doo and pc sidehilling some nasty stuff like the pro does...but I really dont think a t.mo is really needed on a pro....if you cant sidehill a pro..you need lessons..........

Amen!! Gimmicks. It prob works well (tmotion) but more complication in snowmobiling usually doesn't mean reliability. Just a way for skidoos to make it easier to side hill on their chassis. Compensating for their lack of performance in the nimble department. Great for newbies though!!!

you can always bore your drop-down brackets out and replace the rear suspension bolt with a shoulder bolt to add that slop into your pro's rear skid :face-icon-small-ton

i was suprised how much easier it made the summit roll over on the showroom floor, hopefully it helps the others guys out in my riding group so we can get to some new more challenging terrain this year... I'm curious to see how well it performs throughout the year and if it lasts and takes the punishment

Just walk in on a show room floor and grab the bar with one hand and put a foot on the running board and just pull , no yanking or stresssing it rolls right over . It's that easy and than just turn around and walk out .

You are comparing a 35.7 inch front end to a 39-40. Huge difference in that alone. Not saying it is not awesome but the pro doesn't need it.

i've ridden an 11 pro the last two years and picked up a new 13 for this season. was 100% happy with the sled the last two years, well i guess until i lost a cylinder skit and had to chopper it of the mountians... good times!

i also have spent a significant amount of time on the rev and xp chassis. i can ride either but pretty much hate both. the xp being significantly worse.

i demoed the xm last spring for an entire day, beat the crap out of it, and was extremely impressed. gimmicky or not, it flat works and makes the sled handle damn near as well as a pro. it would take me very little time for me to be just as efficient on an xm as i am on a pro. plus the motor on the xm is damn impressive for sure. now which one will side hill through the nasty stuff better, i can't honestly comment on but to simply label the xm as "turd" motion, TipoverMotion, gimmicky or whatever else i think is being a little too brand bias and too quick to judge. if you remain open minded to the latest technology regardless of brand i feel it gives you a much better perspective and validity when you do have criticism or complaints.

with that said, i have no regrets with my purchase for the year and will be happy with it all year... :)
