SX Viper Modifications

For those who have or had an SX Viper, what kind of modifications or performance parts did you put to them? I have an 03 Viper and im just looking for a few ideas to improve performance of it.

If it is stock right now...

Transfer enhancement kit.
Pipes.
Longer track.
Or track then pipes.
How much money do you want to spend? If you can do the pipes & track together that would be a bonus and save you on re clutchng it if you do the pipes after the track. And as long as you have the drive shaft out I'd think about changing the gearing a little. Like I said, how much do you want to spend.

do u boon dock ?

if you do i found out the sx dont boon like a mm and you need to put new front end on it and put new reeds then you have some ting to work with till you go 4 stroke

On my viper I did the following mods and worked awesome for that ere:
slp pipes
162" arctic cat skid
162" challenger track
peak performance head
8" handlebar riser
hartman clutch kit( he knows his clutching trust me)
also for the riser I bought a polaris pro x seat worked great

These changes were actually cheap to do and made the sled really perform.

Viper mods

My 2004 MNT Viper has porting by Lowell Horning, balanced and weighed pistons, Peak Head with 3 sets of custom domes to match porting, ceramic coated CPR Simmons triple pipes and flanges, Boysen Reeds, 156" x2 " ported track with Hartman extension kit, Transfer Enhancement kit from MPI, Ohlin rear shocks with springs powdercoated Liquid silver metallic, ATTAC system, use to have nitrous prior to me owning it and I had the previous owner remove it.

Installed Shockwave secondary helix setup, Polaris primary (custom setup for me by Tom Hartman)

Would love to get a set of the Powder Lite polished trailing arms when the guy slows down on Turbos....lol

my viper had
usi project x skis
mpi light weight radius and tie rods
slp pipes
megapower heads/water rail custom domes and stiffener plate
ported jugs
modded stock pistons
tempaflow
custom clutching,
boss seat
9 tooth drivers
2" x136 challenger
adjustable transfer rods
mpi tunnel ext and under tunnel ucooler
tracks usa rail extensions

the thing flat out rocked. needed more riser, and a longer track for the steep and deep.
if i cant get my nytro better, i maybe hunting for another one. ski

Do you remember if that pro-x seat needed modifying to fit the sled / tank?
