switched brands need help, no transfer 163 d7turbo

I have a 08 dragon 700 163 bd pump gas turbo..
picked up at the end of last year. running 7lbs of boost.. never seems to hook up. I weigh bout 175 no gear
things i tried.. moving limiter strap bolts to top hole from middle (now seems to trench in the powder)
made the rear springs softer (trying to get it to squat)
I was wondering if it is the track.. riding with a skidoo xp 163 and 09 d8 race gas turbo 155 and they didnt have problems hooking up.. snow wasnt the greatest but i should be able to pick up the ski's every now and again right????? not really interested in buying a new skid yet... any help would be appreciated.......

Is the front track shock in the lower forward hole? for more transfer you want it mounted in the upper hole, limiter straps fully extended.

i sent you a pm buy an exstreme sell that track to somebody who thinks its good. i rode a 163 for the better part of a year and made the switch made a huge difference
