Does everyone else's feet sweat like crazy in HMK's I love the BOA system but it's ridiculous. All the guys I ride with that have them say the same thing. End up spending a night in the woods and kiss your feet goodbye in these things.

yeah I have the same exact problem, I've talked to them about it many times too, I love the boots but it's a huge problem like you said if you ever had to stay the night, your feet are done for. I've worn them for the last 3 years, and got new ones every year just cause their costumer service was great, but this year I went with new burtons, cant go wrong with them. that's what I had before them and never had that problem.
i use snowboard or other socks made for use with boots they wick the sweat away so ur socks may be wet at the end of the day but your feet are dry, never had a problem with cold feet yet and i've used in in -40 windchill conditions. i used to wear snowboard boots, they do not nearly last as long as hmks, it was cheaper to own 2 separate pairs then buying a new set of boots every 1-2 years.
I don't think you would have a problem if you had to spend the night. I helped someone get unstuck out of a creek bed once. My foot broke through and filled up with water. I dumped it out and rode for the rest of the day with a warm but wet foot. Even if they are wet they are still warm.
I will also second the comment to find better socks. It makes all the difference on how dry your foot stays.

same thing happened to me mtnpull helped a friend get his sled unstuck over a frozen creek and my foot ended up going through rode the rest of the day and was just fine

Agreed, I have used a few of the high end "wicking" socks and don't have the problem even after a 14 hour day riding with my Pro boa Focus.
