Front shocks on 2, rear shock 3/4 of the way tightened with the rear spring on 3. Also moved the rear shock 1" forward, and loosened the limiter strap out, but ended up moving it back to stock. I couldn't keep the skis down at all with out all the way. With the shock moved forward, there's alot less ski pressure. Also I charged the rear shock to 300lbs. This is on the 163", but I would imagine it would be pretty close for the 154" also.
