Suspension sag, Riser blocks and bars

Hello,

So I have an 05 Summit 800 adrenaline 159"

I have asked about a pivoting riser block before because I have the older style bars but I am wondering because I am 6'5 195lbs (prob 220 all geared up)what is might cost me to do a 12' riser new flat bars cable and throttle extensions new grip heaters and anything else that may come along with it... This is my first year sledding but I know I need a riser of some sort. Also my knowledge is fairly limited with rerouting cables and bleeding brake lines...

Should I just buck up and get it done with everything new or should I just do the pivoting riser with what I have and keep it as cheap as possible.

Also Suspension sag? On the rear shocks of my sled as soon as I stand on it it sags down well it seems like all the way. There is no rebound or recoil. I ride mountain bikes so it just seems a little odd. Can any of this be rebuilt or is it expensive?

Front shocks. Does anyone know if stock adrenaline shocks can be rebuilt? The steering bracket has been removed on this sled so I am a little concerend with steering. Was considering putting on the fox floats but again I cant blow the bank. Should I just ride it anyways for the season and get a new one next year? I just want to have a good time without too many issues. It just seems like the suspension should be more reactive.

ANY HELP AND ADVICE would be awesome!

Thanks!

Just put on my new exit shocks from zbros racing mine did the same as yours until now they set up the front shock on the rear skid for my weight and riding style i get on it now and maybe goes down a inch maybe less they are not cheep but they should last a very long time :beer;
